The primary task in this paper is to design an integrated control system ofthe automatization machine tool whose function is to produce notched impactspecimen 本文的任务是设计冲击试样一体化自动加工中心的集成控制系统。
By the theoretical analysis and experimental test , the image processing procedure of the system has been designed . firstly , the system needs carry out pre - process : the median filtering and average filtering of acquired image , next carrying out the threshold of filtered image , then performing morphology , such as open , close and so on . next , the boundary of binary image is extracted 通过理论分析与实验验证,得到了本系统图像处理过程:首先对采集的图像进行预处理,包括均值中值滤波,通过阈值分割进行二值化,然后对二值图像进行开启、闭合以及进行边界提取操作来获得清晰的图像边缘,最后通过边缘检测和拟合测量得到冲击试样各尺寸值,图像坐标变换和模式匹配可以完成检测区域定位。
In this paper , a size detecting system , which based on the machine vision technology and image process method has been developed . this system can be applied to the notched impact specimens ’ product line . the main research as follows : according to the request of the notched impact specimens ’ on - line detecting and the feature of machine vision system , on - line detecting system of the notched impact specimens ’ dimension and shape designed by using the technique of image acquisition , display , processing and analysis , which includes the structure design of the system , the configuration of the hardware , the comparison image of image processing , the design of the software and the final error analyzing 本文以机器视觉技术为基础,以图像处理技术为方法,针对机械加工的特殊条件,开发了用于冲击试样零件生产线的尺寸检测系统,本文主要研究了以下内容:针对冲击试样在线检测的研制要求,结合机器视觉系统的功能及结构特点,利用图像采集、显示、处理和分析技术,完成了冲击试样尺寸在线视觉检测系统的设计,包括系统的总体结构设计、硬件配置、图像处理方法比较分析、软件设计及误差分析等。
