To get the evaluating result , a recognition quality evaluator for straight lines based on artificial neural networks has been designed . after training the neural network can work well and output the quality evaluating results . furthermore , this proposed evaluating approach is not sensitive to scanning image resolution 本文设计了一个基于人工神经网络的直线图素识别质量评价器,网络经过训练后可以取得类似人眼判断的评判效果,由于各识别质量特征因子在定义的时候一般都取的是和图素线宽的相对比值,因此本文提出的方法对于扫描工程图的分辨率的影响不敏感。
