Using test - simulating method , the paper observes and studies law of dust diffusing in mechanized face . the results show that infection of wind speed on the angle of dust diffusing is very great as dust diffusing along wind in working face . the smaller the wind speed is , the bigger the angle of dust diffusing is . at one time , four kinds of air curtains of different widths of the jet is made in the laboratory . when wind speed of jet varies , these air curtains are used to discuss the relation of the dust - obstructing efficiency of air curtain with the width and wind speed of its jet . in the end , the best wind speed and width of the jet of air curtain are put forward in reference value to be applied to design of air curtain in fieldwork . 4figs . , 1tab . , 5refs 利用相似模拟实验方法,对综采工作面采煤机工作时粉尘在工作面中的扩散规律进行了考察;发现粉尘向工作面下风侧扩散时,其扩散角受工作面的风速影响很大,工作面风速越小,粉尘的扩散角越大;同时,在实验室制作了4种喷口宽度不同的实验空气幕,利用这些空气幕,在给定不同的喷口风速条件下,对采煤机上隔尘空气幕的隔尘效率与空气幕的设计参数之间的关系进行了探讨,得出了空气幕的最佳喷口风速、喷口宽度.其结论对现场试验用空气幕的设计、制作具有一定参考价值.图4 ,表1 ,参5
